Beta Solutions offers a professional compressed air leak measurement audit with a full data picture report.  During a few days our engineers will check all of your compressed air pressurized components on leaks ( piping, valves, couplings, pressure reducer valves,  manifolds, sealing’s, water separators, filters, lubrificators)

Our engineers will provide a professional report including situation plan, pictures, description of the cause of the leak, duration of reparation and information if the leak can repaired during production.
This report is including a estimation of the actual loss of energy that your production plant is suffering due to this compressed leaks, including maintenance costs and spare parts of the compressor.

Most industrial facilities need some form of compressed air, whether for running a simple air tool or for more complicated tasks such as the operation of pneumatic controls. A recent survey showed that for a typical industrial facility, approximately 10% of the electricity consumed is for generating compressed air. For some facilities, compressed air generation may account for 30% or more of the electricity consumed. Compressed air is an on-site generated utility. Very often, the cost of generation is not known; however, some companies use a value of 0.011 € / nm3 up to 0.02 € / nm3 compressed air depending on the price of the electricity, the efficiency of the compressor and the full load value.
In generally 64% of the costs of compressed air are electricity consummation, 28% investment costs of the lifetime of the compressor and 8% maintenance costs.

Compressed air is one of the most expensive sources of energy in a plant. The over- all efficiency of a typical compressed air system can be as low as 10%-15%.
